Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Since December 2020, as Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for sourcing and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. I have worked on IT requirements and filled the open positions and current staffing needs of our esteemed clients. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and close candidates for assigned requisitions. Supervised the entire recruiting process and developed talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

Prior to my current role, I worked as lead and manager of business development involving business development strategies and assisted in providing our clients with high-quality customized solutions using the best possible combination of technologies.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
